Lanvin’s Alber Elbaz Set to Release First Beauty Collection With Lancome

If you’ve been following Meets Obsession, you’ll know that we love us some good beauty product. We also love the always lovely (and reportedly super-nice) Alber Elbaz, the creative genius behind French fashion house Lanvin.

So when we heard that Elbaz had jumped on the collaboration train with makeup brand Lancôme, we were tickled pink. Really, who wouldn’t get excited over the possibility of being able to shop Lanvin designed beauty at non-Lanvin prices?

Not much is known about the collaboration, although an adorable video was recently released by Lancome giving subtle hints as to what we might expect when the collection launches.  Like the Lanvin brand, we’re hoping for a super-feminine, whimsical collection of beauty products.

And if the popularity of the 2010 Lanvin and H&M collaboration is any indication, the limited collection is sure to fly off the shelves come June 15, when the beauty collection is set to go on sale. We can’t wait!
